ABOUT ME

I’m Erika Lopez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began working in the mental health field in 2006 and have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds across a range of settings, including schools, community-based programs, and private practice. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has strengthened my ability to understand and appreciate the different experiences that shape how we see ourselves and relate to others.

Alongside my professional training, my lived experiences have shaped my passion for relational work through an attachment-focused lens. I explore how early and ongoing relationships influence our emotional experiences, sense of self, and ways of connecting with others.
