ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Erika Lopez, LMFT
With 19 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from children and teens to adults and families across community settings, schools, and private practice. These diverse experiences, combined with my own personal journey, have shaped the way I approach therapy. I deeply understand the complexities of both individual and relational dynamics, and I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are, helping them not only navigate challenges, but also rediscover themselves, heal, become secure within themselves, and build stronger, healthier relationships.

Empowering You to Build Self-Worth, Confidence, and Meaningful Connections in a Safe, Supportive Space
I bring a down-to-earth, easygoing vibe to our work together, and while we dive deep when it matters, we also make space for humor, lightness, and the occasional good laugh. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time, and that genuine connection is where real growth begins.
I will always meet you where you are with compassion and a genuine commitment to your growth.
